helloooooooooooooooooooooo im not a chef. I love cooking and good food when im not into anorexia mood...:( :) u think food can help ppl to be more cheerful???

Salad with mayonnaise

Ingredients
2 branches(?) of lettuces
2 boiled eggs
2 onions chopped
2-3 tbsp olive-oil
salt
mayonnaise
2 carrots

Preparation
1. You cut the lettuce.
2. You cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and you put in the bowl with the lettuce.
3. Add the chopped onions and mix all of them together.
4. Add as much mayonnaise as you like, the olive oil and the salt and mix well with a spoon.
5. Garnish: You put the mixture of salad in a nice bowl and you put on the top some mayionaise and then 4 leaves of lettuce and the carrots for decoration.
6. You put it in the fridge till you serve.

Note: It’s very delicious! Everyone loves it esp. my oldest brother. Try it out and tell me the results.

ok here s a simple easy and delicious sandwich:

canned tuna (press it with a fork to be a bit separated)
fresh lemon juice
lettuce or parsley chopped
onion chopped
mayonaise
a bit of olive oil (if u want!!!)

u mix everything and put it on a slice of bread and put another slice above to make it a sandwich. It's great!!!:) try it out!!!

ps - could u post ur favourite sandwiches plz????
